Burro Bar

Washington Square has a new weekend morning destination with the debut of Burro Bar’s Latin-esque brunch menu. Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can settle in for mid-morning dishes inspired by the regions of Mexico. Chef-owner Joe Cassinelli has put together a slew of Latin-American offerings like the smoked salmon Benedict with refried beans and French toast with caramelized plantains, among others. Check out the plates below, plus morning cocktails (think: horchata cold brew with rumchata and espresso liqueur, or a Modelo Michelada).
