Eataly Boston will expand its culinary domain on Tuesday, April 4th with the anticipated launch of Terra. Focusing on the elements of earth and fire, the third floor restaurant features a wood-burning grill and a beer barrel room. Shareable plates, skewers and more will come from the kitchen, manned by chef de cuisine Dan Bazzinotti (formerly of BISq). Dishes like lamb meatballs, grilled calamari and fresh pastas can be enjoyed with beverage accompaniment. The wine list sports over 300 labels and the beer program includes a collaborative aging project with Dogfish Head Brewing.
