Chef Brendan Pelley of Pelekasis renown brings his Greek sensibilities to Doretta Tavern as chef de cuisine. Pelley, a James Beard House-featured chef who has honed his skills at spots like Clio, Summer Winter and Zebra’s Bistro, comes to Michael Schlow’s kitchen after a year-long Greek pop-up, Pelekasis, at Wink & Nod.
