The forthcoming Eataly Boston welcomes collaborating chef Barbara Lynch to the fold. The local culinary pro behind Menton, Sportello, B&G Oysters, No. 9 Park, Drink, The Butcher Shop and Stir joins forces with the Italian marketplace, opening on Tuesday, November 29th. Lynch will lend a hand curating menus at Il Pesce, one of the resident restaurants focusing on daily caught coastal seafood, and its 10-seat raw bar, Il Crudo, which will serve oysters, clams and Italian-style sashimi. The Boston chef will also pop-up at La Scuola di Eataly by Valcucine, sharing her skills with cooking classes. Eataly Boston plans to open on the 29th at 4:00pm—head to the Prudential Center to welcome the market and eateries.
