BISq welcomes Alex Saenz to the kitchen as chef de cuisine. The South Carolina chef is back in Boston – where he’s previously made appearances at Puritan & Company, Lineage and the Provincetown outpost of Ten Tables. At the Inman Square wine bar, he’ll be combining his love of southern food with regional New England ingredients for brand-new dishes. Guests can also expect culinary specials, like buckets of fried chicken for game day Mondays, dollar oysters all day on Sundays and whole animal butchery for Friday nights.
