After a round of renovations, Aquitaine Boston re-opens for diners on Tuesday, July 12th. The refreshed South End restaurant will feature Parisian bistro design by firm Hark + Osborne—think: antique brass lighting, French oak paneling and classic hex tiling. Guests can grab a place at the 11-seat poured pewter bar or in the main dining room. A 20-person private dining space is also available, and a 14-seat intimate outdoor patio is in the works. Stop by to re-welcome the neighborhood institution with a plate from the kitchen (say, steak frites or duck a l’orange.)
