On Tuesday, July 12th, Mamaleh’s comes to Kendall Square with the restaurant opening you won’t want to knish—er, miss. The delicatessen from the Hungry Mother and State Park folks opens its doors at 8:00am for coffee, espresso and counter-service breakfast, followed by a full menu from 11:00am-4:00pm. The team (John, Alon, Tyler, Rachel, Heather, Evan and Rachel Miller Munzer) will have a case of salads and deli favorites like smoked fish, halvah, hand-rolled bagels, chocolate babka and more—available for eat-in, take-out and online ordering. The bar and soda fountain offers egg creams, housemade sodas, beers and deli-inspired cocktails, while the gift shop includes books, games, t-shirts and tchotchkes.
