Joseph Henderek Joins Bond

BOND welcomes chef Joseph Henderek to the kitchen as chef de cuisine. Henderek’s chefly experience includes a degree from the French Culinary Institute in New York and stints across the Northeast. Most recently, he was chef de cuisine at Boston spots JM Curley, Bogie’s Place and Bin 26. He brings his decades of culinary exploits and a seasonal sensibility to the Langham, joining executive chef Mark Sapienza and executive pastry chef Ryan Pike.
