Take a bite out of Bar Boulud with their recently debuted bar menu. Monday through Friday from 4:00-6:00pm, the new Bar Bites provide a tasty way to unwind post workday in the restaurant lounge. Chef de cuisine Jonathan Kilroy, Chef Charcutier Tristan Crepin and pastry chef Robert Differ have combined their areas of expertise for a sweet and savory list, including Charc Bites, an intro to the restaurant’s charcuterie program, fried belly clams and s’mores with Peruvian dark chocolate. Endive Salad Bites ($6)
candied walnuts, roasted beets, pecorino romano, sherry vinaigrette

Petite Croque Monsieur ($8)
warm house-made ham, gruyère cheese, béchamel, toasted white bread

Fried Belly Clam Bites ($9)
Ipswich belly clams, tartar sauce, toasted brioche, lemon

Charc Bites ($12)
An introduction to our house-made charcuterie which includes:
Pâté Grand-Mère – chicken liver, pork, cognac
Poulet Confit aux Carottes – roasted chicken, carrots, consommé
Jambon de Paris – house-made Parisian-style ham

S’mores ($6)
Honey graham cookie, flamed marshmallow, Peruvian dark chocolate

Chocolate Chip Mini-wich ($6)
Tender chocolate chip cookies, butterscotch ice cream, chocolate sauce
