Eastern Standard hospitality mavens are carrying their recipe for success down the Charles River to a new location in Watertown, opening this year. Owner Garrett Harker, a 2015 JBF semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurateur, counts locations like Island Creek Oyster Bar, Row 34 and The Hawthorne in his culinary portfolio. He’s partnered with general manager Andrew Holden to bring their urban rotisserie vision, called Branch Line, to the Arsenal on the Charles. Diners can expect the pair’s signature levels of hospitality with a focused beer and wine program for an elevated guest experience. The restaurant, which features a large outdoor space, is slated to debut in fall of 2015.
