It’s the month-long moment soft shell crab lovers have been waiting for: 51 Lincoln‘s eighth annual Soft Shell Crab Celebration. Starting on Friday, May 1st, chef Jeff Fournier and his crew will be getting creative with the beloved crustacean, offering a different preparation for every day of the week. One day (oh, like Tuesday, May 12th) it might be a soft shell crab tostada with refried beans, red onion salsa and Mexican corn, and another (Friday, May 29th, perhaps?) it might be soft shell crab schnitzel, with spaetzle and mustard greens.
