A Castle Chef Comes to Lexington

Artistry on the Green turns over the kitchen to a special guest as part of their Relais and Chateaux Visiting Chef Dinner Series. On Wednesday, April 29th, Rhode Island chef Karsten Hart will come to the Lexington inn to celebrate their initiation into the global fellowship of luxury hotels and restaurants. Hart’s accolades include a stint as a Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef at California’s The Estate by the Elderberries before he settled at Newport’s Caste Hill Inn. His four-course prix fixe will include succulent dishes like Naragansett Bay lobster and Elysian Fields lamb loin. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30pm before dinner at 7:00pm.
