The team at Bokx 109 is gearing up for summer – readying their patio and their menu for the warm weather to come. It may still be a little chilly to lounge by the pool but you can get a jump on the seasonal fun with springy dishes (and a summer classic or two, too) from chef Israel Medina and his right hand man Carey Dobies.
