Local chefs come together at Alden & Harlow on Thursday, April 30th to try their hand at a Pasta Takeover. To celebrate the launch of her first cookbook, Pasta by Hand, chef Jenn Louis is popping up at the Harvard Square restaurant for a three-course family-style meal with guest chefs. Michael Scelfo, Mary Dumont, Matthew Gaudet, Matt Jennings and Jamie Bissonnette will lend a hand in the kitchen, showcasing the rustic handmade pasta shapes (like gnocchi, cavatelli and orecchiette) that are the subject of Louis’ cookbook.
