Earth Day Eats at The Fireplace

Green-leaning chef-owner Jim Solomon invites environmentally-conscious diners to join him for a special Earth Day dinner on Wednesday, April 22nd. The a la carte offerings, available in addition to the regular menu, feature locally-sourced goodies like foraged mushrooms, eggs from Pete & Gerry’s in Monroe, New Hampshire and cheese from Hillman Farm in Colrain, Massachusetts. Solomon and his team sneak homegrown spirit Bully Boy Whiskey, made right here in Boston, into their chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich.
