Jordan Spieth may be the new PGA Master but Legal Harborside will be welcoming a real live Master of Wine to their Domaine Zind-Humbrecht Dinner on Tuesday, April 28th. Olivier Humbrecht will represent the almost 400-year-old winery and provide pours to complement the five-course menu from the Harborside kitchen, which will be plating decadent dishes like a five-spice lobster tail and Tandoori king salmon. Humbrecht will be on hand to answer questions and talk through tasting notes, including the vineyard’s unmistakable terroir. Dinner begins at 7:30pm on the restaurant’s second level, complete with views of the harbor, and costs $110 per person. Call 617.530.9470 to make a reservation.
