L’Espalier at La Brasa

Chefs Daniel Bojorquez and Frank McClelland are back together in the kitchen for a special meal at La Brasa. Before opening the Somerville spot, the pair manned the stoves side-by-side at L’Espalier and on Wednesday, April 1st McClelland will be bringing the French flavors of the Back Bay restaurant to La Brasa’s wood-burning stove. The culinary duo has put together a six-course menu with dishes that celebrate the best of both restaurants, like a wood-fired flat bread with parsnip and bone marrow custard, and spring pork with grilled fava beans.
