On Saturday, February 28th, chef Stephen Coe will be pairing an elaborate prix fixe with the Californian wines at Henri-Marie, the Plymouth inn’s signature restaurant. The evening starts at 6:30pm with hors d’oeuvres and then moves into a seated four-course meal. Dinner costs $110 per person not including tax or gratuity and reservations are required.
