Marissa Rossi, Making Pastries at Puritan

Puritan & Co. welcomes a new pastry chef to its team this month. Marissa Rossi graduated from Johnson and Wales’ Baking and Pastry Arts program before spending time at Blue Ginger, the former Forum restaurant on Boylston St., and most recently as executive pastry chef of Forge Baking Company in Somerville. Rossi is already putting her own touch on Puritan’s dessert menu, with a rotating doughnut and fruit-bread-of-the-week, a chocolate pretzel croissant, and monkey bread—head to Inman Square to try the sweet treats!
