You can expect classics like the chocolate soufflé as well as new items including pumpkin beignets with red currant caramel or beet panna cotta with caramelized pistachios and chevre ice cream. Sommelier Todd Lipman is rising to the occasion, adding  dessert wine selections to pair with each item (try a Sauternes with Gonzalez’s peanut butter banana bread).
