Rich Piedmont Reds

Tomasso Trattoria’s enthusiasm for small-production, estate-bottled wines takes center stage with their Aurelio Settimo wine dinner on Thursday, February 5th. Chef Daniele Baliani will serve up a five-course prix fixe dinner of rich Italian dishes, like trofie pasta with braised rabbit ragu or wild mushroom foie gras, to accompany pours from the Piedmontese family-owned vineyard. Assistant winemaker Francesca Destefanis will guide guests through glasses of the winery’s esteemed reds, like their popular Barolo which has been repeatedly praised by Wine Spectator. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $90 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 508.481.8484.
