Chef Jeff Williams Comes to Chopps

Chopps gets a new set of hands in the kitchen with the addition of executive chef Jeff Williams. The new-to-MA  cooker comes from San Diego with over 17 years of culinary experience, including sports like STK West Hollywood and Culver Hotel in Los Angeles. Together with chef Daniel Bruce, Williams and the team have launched new lunch and dinner menus for the fall season. In addition to Chopps’ signature dishes and classic steakhouse fare, there will be small plates like fish tacos with cod, pico de gallo, cheese and pickled carrots at lunch and soba noodles with spinach, mushroom and ginger soy at dinner.
