Morello Hospitality Group goes all-American with a New England oyster bar opening in Andover. Elm Square Oyster Co. will take over the Brasserie 28 spot with chefs  Michael Sherman and Eric McLaughlin at the helm, putting their spin on modern New England cuisine. Guests can expect the same level of dedication to local bounty with dishes sourced from fisherman and farmers in the area. The beverage list, headed up by bar manager Colin Welch, will feature American wine, bourbon, small-batch spirits and craft brews. Of course, the crowning element is the custom oyster bar where the Elm Square team will shuck fresh bivalves for suburban diners.
