Classes at Formaggio Kitchen

Expand your culinary repertoire this summer with classes from Formaggio Kitchen and Boston-area cookers. The courses will cover a range from cheese to ice cream to oysters and more with familiar faces like Aaron and Eric Cooper of Ten Tables, Conor Dennehy of T. W. Food, Danielle Ayer of Menton and Matt Jennings of Townsman stepping in to share their chefly knowledge. The Cooper brothers will bring their ice cream prowess (and recipes!), while Dennehy and Ayer will pair up oysters and Old World wines with a five-course sampling menu and Jennings will teach tricks for summer cooking. Classes with the gustatory guides run from 6:30-8:30pm and tickets are $55 or $65 each (depending on the class.)
