Late summer is a fun time at 51 Lincoln – the weather’s hot and local produce is at its freshest, so chef-owner Jeff Fournier’s content to turn off the stove and let the ingredients speak for themselves. Throughout the month, the Newton restaurant is reviving Raw August, featuring a different nightly special is created with raw ingredients. Ceviches, tartares and inventive vegetable dishes provide refreshing and nutrient rich meals for diners who enjoy their food in its natural state. Ingredients are sourced locally, some from as close as 51 Lincoln’s rooftop garden, ensuring the freshest, tastiest experience possible.
