Break out your summer whites for one more night and swing by Chillingsworth for their champagne-fueled send off. On Sunday, August 31st, Mario Rinaldi, International Representative for Champagne Paul Goerg, will be in attendance, showcasing the best of their wines, from light non-vintage selections to beautiful rosés and, of course, the region’s famous blanc de blancs. The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres and a toast at 6:30pm, followed by a multi-course dinner from chef Nitzi Rabin. Tickets are $160 each.
