Whole Hog Returns

Mark your calendars: It’s time once again for another smorgasbord of pork as chef Tony Maws readies for another of his epic Whole Hog Dinners at Craigie on Main. On Wednesday, August 13th, the master of all things other-white-meat will be transforming a hand-selected, locally-sourced pig into a multi-course extravaganza. There’ll be a six-course tasting menu from 5:30 till 9:00pm, with another four-course prix fixe (affectionately known as the Little Piglet) available at 9:30 and 10:00pm seatings. Sommelier Emily Larkins will be picking the evening’s wine pairings for both menus.
