It’s grape harvesting season in coastal South America and 51 Lincoln is bringing the best of the last several vintages north to Newton for dinner on Wednesday, May 14th. Chef Jeff Fournier will be preparing a delicious five-course menu to pair with bottles from both Argentina and Chile. With inspired dishes like suckling pig with pickled vegetables, quinoa and tostones; and sweet corn tamales with house-made chorizo, the prix fixe will delight fans of the region’s culinary offerings. The dinner begins with a reception at 6:30 and the first course will be served promptly at 7:00pm.
