30 Days of Soft Shelled Deliciousness

If you can’t get enough soft shell crab, The Metropolitan Club has a month-long bonanza of crustacean-y delights to keep you busy for days. Kicking off on Tuesday, May 13th, the ninth annual soft shell crab festival, 30 Ways in 30 Days, will be offering a different preparation of the classic Chesapeake Bay delicacy for every day of the week (through Wednesday, June 11th, that is). Chef Cory Williams will be whipping up dishes like cornmeal crusted crab, chili crab pizza, soft shell crab Monte Cristo, and a host of others.
