New Chef, Classic French Fare

Since taking over culinary operations at the Leather District’s beloved Les Zygomates, chef Robert Fathman has rediscovered his affinity for French cuisine. Though his vast body of work includes stints at steakhouses (Grill 23), seafood joints (Legal Harborside) and Irish pubs (Solas), he’s whipping up the classics like he was born to it – he and pastry chef Kristin Lanzillotti have even planned a days-long celebration of an iconic French cookie.
