A Springtime Celebration from Umbria

On Thursday, May 1st, join chef Jody Adams as she welcomes chef Lorena Autuori, cooking instructor at Percorsi Con Gusto, a renowned school in the medieval town of San Gemini in Italy, for a luxurious four-course dinner. You’ll have the chance to taste an authentic Umbrian menu full of specialties like lasagna blanca and frittata pasqualina, expertly paired with wines from the region.
