Pre-Season Clambake at The Biltmore

Nothing says summer quite like an old school clambake and, after a long, cold winter, the team at The Biltmore is ready for summer. On Monday, April 28th, they get their seasonal celebration off to an early start, teaming up with Newburyport Brewing Company for a clambake-inspired dinner. Chefs David Nevins and Frank Toohey are whipping up four delicious courses, like Ipswich steamers, salt cod fritters and stuff quahogs, paired with Newburyport’s superb brews.
