Piedmont’s Best Comes to Copley

Barolo fans take notice, the remarkable wines of Bruno Giacosa are making their way to L’Espalier for an evening of exceptional vintages and delectable dishes. On Thursday, April 17th, chef Matt Delisle and his culinary team will be preparing six courses expertly paired with eight wines from the heart of Piedmont, northern Italy’s premier wine region. This one-of-a-kind experience will feature the Barolo Le Rocche Riserva, a very rare vintage of the classic Italian red. The dinner is $250 per person and begins at 7:00pm.
