Wurst Brunch

Chef Tim Wiechmann is bringing his deep knowledge of traditional Central and Eastern European flavors to the brunch table starting on Sunday, April 20th. Featuring some of the best local ingredients from nearby farms, the menu gives guests all sorts of delicious dishes Deutschland-inspired options to choose from: schnitzel and biscuits with bratwurst gravy and soft-boiled eggs, pfannkuchen, a German pancake cooked in a cast-iron pan with apples, and wursts, lots and lots of wursts They’ll also be shaking and stirring an array of delicious handcrafted cocktails, made with traditional regional ingredients to lighten the afternoon.
