Food & Wine is polling diners from across the country for The People’s Best New Chef award. You can click through before Monday, March 31st to cast your vote for contenders in any of the coast-to-coast categories (all the way from the Northwest & Pacific to the Southeast) but be sure to weigh in on which New England-based cooker you think should take the title, including 80 Thoreau’s Carolyn Johnson, East by Northeast’s Phillip Tang and Tim Maslow of Ribelle and Strip T’s, among plenty of other worthy chefs. Whoever gets the most votes in each region goes on to compete against the other winners for the honor of being named The People’s Best New Chef.
