Tony Maws’ Take on the Prix Fixe

You won’t find either of chef-owner Tony Maws’ restaurants among the participants in Dine Out Boston, but he’s got nothing against the prix fixe, per se. He offers his Chef’s Whim menu every Sunday night at Craigie on Main (and even on a few extra nights this month) and then there’s Kirkland Tap & Trotter‘s Chef’s Call menu (a four-course, family-style feast) available every night of the week all year long.
