Not Your Average Fried Chicken

Boston’s celebrated cocktail destination, Drink, is giving a classic combination a spicy twist for the duration of Dine Out Boston (or Restaurant Week, if you prefer). From March 16th-21st and March 23rd-28th, they’ll be offering a chicken and biscuit special for $13. Brined overnight in Frank’s Red Hot, dredged in buttermilk and fried to order, the dish is served with a house made biscuit, mixed pickles, a zesty homemade hot sauce and whipped jalapeño-honey butter.
