L’Espalier Gets a Head Start on Spring

It’s almost time to put away your winter coat, and pour a glass of rose in honor of the end of winter – chef Frank McClelland his L’Espalier team are ready to show you the way. Beginning Sunday, March 16th and continuing straight through to June 18th, McClelland and his Chef de Cuisine Matt Delisle will be offering a Spring Awakening tasting menu, a seasonal offering of dishes using ingredients that reflect arrival of greener seasons. The four-course menu, priced at $78 per person, can be paired with three wines from Provence or three of their distinctive beer selections (for $55 and $30, respectively).
