Beer-loving fans of Daenerys Targaryen, you’ll want to be at Saloon on Sunday, March 27th for the release of Brewery Ommegang’s new Game of Thrones-themed brew. Not only will you get to taste the red rye ale known as Fire and Blood before everyone else (it won’t be available to the public until March 31st) but you’ll get to sit in the Iron Throne itself (actually, it’s a life-sized replica). You’ll also get to enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres, a commemorative glass, and a gift bag if you’re among the first 200 guests. Proceeds from each $20 ticket (plus $2.09 in processing fees) will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Grab your tickets online, get all dressed up in support of your favorite house (costumes are encouraged) and plan on being at Saloon by 7:00pm to celebrate the return of Game of Thrones.
