Provencal Pick-Me-Up

Chef Robert Sisca has booked you a flight with Bistro du Midi’s Passport to Provence menu, available Sunday through Friday for the month of January beginning Friday, January 2nd. Three prix fixe courses of warming, full-bodied flavors, including escargot beignet and goat cheese gnocchi, are sure to cure your post-holiday blues. Dinner hours are from 5:00-10:00pm and the meal costs $45 per person. You can supplement your plate with something sparkling from sommelier Todd Lipman’s specially curated cocktail list (a great accompaniment to the dishes but also available on its own.)
