Bubbly at Blue Ginger

One of the most recognizable Champagne houses in the world, Louis Roederer, comes to Blue Ginger on Tuesday, December 9th for a globe-trotting, Asia-inspired menu from Chef Ming Tsai and Jonathan Taylor. The six-course, prix-fixe menu features some of the brand’s top sellers, including Cristal and Blanc de Blanc, paired with dishes like oven-roasted truffled pork loin with pork confit and grilled pineapple fried rice.
