Brunch Changes at Craigie & Kirkland

Fans of Craigie on Main’s brunch menu, book your table before the end of the year. Come 2015, chef-owner Tony Maws is swapping out Sunday mornings for Monday nights, ditching brunch service and opening for dinner seven days a week. The Central Square spot will still open for a midday meal every so often for special occasions or causes (like Mother’s Day or Super Hunger Brunch) but to get Maws’ take on everyone’s favorite meal period mashup, you’ll have to head to Kirkland Tap & Trotter where, starting December 6th, they’ll be serving brunch (10:30am-2:00pm) and a lovely little café menu (9:00- 10:30am) on Saturdays and Sundays. Special menu additions may even include a Craigie favorite or two (like the house-made donut with cajeta) so don’t despair.
