Perrin & Beaucastel Wines at Bistro Du Midi

If candy and costumes aren’t your thing, Bistro du Midi has a different type of treat lined up for wine lovers: on Wednesday, October 29th the Back Bay restaurant hosts another of its famed wine dinners. This time, Sommelier Todd Lipman will be featuring the Rhone wines of Famille Perrin & Beaucastel while Executive Chef Robert Sisca brings his best to the table. The five-course menu includes dishes like black seabass with grapefruit, espelette and saffron rice puffs along with red wine braised beef cheeks niçoise with black olives, baby cabbage, celery root purée and persillade.
