L’Espalier Gets Local for Cheese Tuesday

L’Espalier keeps things local for their next Cheese Tuesday, exploring the bounty of Massachusetts made cheeses on Tuesday, October 28th. Sign on for this installment of the monthly series and let fromager and maitre d’ Louis Risoli and chef de cuisine Matt Delisle guide you through the evening’s three-course menu, which just so happens to be built around the aforementioned cheeses. To top it all off, sommelier Lauren Daddona will pour appropriately paired wines. Guests are served at large communal tables and encouraged to mingle and learn from each other.
