Castello di Ama Dinner at Tomasso

Tomasso Trattoria celebrates the arrival of their new Executive Chef Daniele Baliani and the wines of Castello di Ama with a special wine dinner on Friday, October 24th. This five-course meal, prepared by Chef Baliani and Chef de Cuisine Michelle Blass will be paired with select wines from the well-respected Tuscan producer. Highlights of the menu include gnocchetti with wild mushrooms, truffle oil and sage as well as quail roasted in agrodolce with creamy polenta. By the looks of it, Chef Baliani is off to a great start at the Southborough restaurant. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $85 per person.
