America’s largest consumer wine event, the Boston Wine Expo, returns to the Seaport District for another fabulous weekend full of food and drink. The two day event, scheduled for Saturday, February 15th and Sunday, February 16th, includes a variety of tastings, demonstrations, and, of course, the Grand Tasting, where thirsty guests will be able to sample literally thousands of beverages. Food lovers will want to keep an eye out for snacks and samples from contributing chefs and restaurants like Abby Park, Petit Robert, Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro, Poe’s Kitchen and North 26, and check out chef demonstration from top tier local talent like Ming Tsai, Barbara Lynch, Jody Adams, Michael Schlow, Chris Coombs, Michael Leviton, and Louis DiBiccari. For guests with an educational bent, there are a slew of great seminars on topics ranging from Rum 101 to World Class Wines of the Finger Lakes.
