Chef Jeffrey Fournier and his 51 Lincoln team are readying for the arrival of their friends from Halter Ranch, who’ll be flying in from the West Coast for a fabulous five-course dinner in Newton. On Monday, February 10th winemakers from the new-ish Paso Robles vineyard, which has been growing world-class grapes from the old-world regions of Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley since 2000, will be sharing some of their choicest selections for pairing. Tickets for the dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, are $158 each (including tax and tip) and you can reserve them online through the 51 Lincoln website.
