New Chef de Cuisine at The Sinclair

The kitchen at The Sinclair has a new front man – chef Matt Cunningham has just been named the restaurant/club’s new chef de cuisine. A native of Maine, Cunningham cut his teeth at spots like Great Lost Bear and Roost before coming to Boston where he’s worked with talented chefs in the kitchens at Strip T’s and UpStairs on the Square. At The Sinclair, he’ll be rolling out menus that are in keeping with the casual American-leaning restaurant which opened in December 2012 with a menu from consulting chef Michael Schlow. Keep an eye out for playful dishes like Disco Tots with chorizo gravy and cheese sauce, and pepperoni pizza deviled eggs.
