Brasserie 28 and Jack’s Abby Brewing join forces to throw their first ever Oktoberfest Sausagefest on Sunday, October 6th. From 2:00 to 6:00pm, guests will get to sample the homemade sausages from chef Michael Sherman (Brasserie 28), Dante de Magistris (dante), Brian Young (Post 390), Matt O’Neill (The Blue Ox), Chris Cronin (Washington Square Tavern) and Brian Poe (Poe’s Kitchen and the Tip Tap Room) along with the perfect pairing of one of Jack’s Abby’s eight lagers. Guests will then get to vote for whose sausage-brew pair is the best. In lieu of a standard ticket price, attendees are asked to make a donation to the Greater Boston Food Bank, which will be collected at the door.
