Chefs Ken Oringer and Ming Tsai team up – with 98 of their closest chefly friends – for Boston Bites Back, an epic fundraiser at Fenway Park. Scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, May 15th, the colossal tasting event, offering goodies from as many as a hundred chefs and restaurants in and around the city, aims to raise one million dollars for The One Fund, for survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings. Tickets are $200 each or $1000 apiece for the VIP experience in the EMC Club. They’re updating the list of participants on a regular basis but among the first to sign on: Blue Dragon, Blue Ginger, Clio, Coppa, Toro, Sweet Cheeks, Turner Fisheries, the Seaport Hotel, Ashmont Grill, Tavolo, Rialto, Trade and Eastern Standard. There’re five thousand tickets to be sold, but we still bet they’ll disappear pretty quickly.
